I experience the same thing over and over again. Finding a new name for a project is often the hardest part. We’ve had three meetings already and for the first time I think we’re close to having one.
The traditional way no longer works
One thing I’ve been clear about for a long time is that the traditional path doesn’t work for me:
- A name that is easy to spell.
- A name that represents the essence of the business.
- Domain available in all
These are ideals that are very difficult vietnam whatsapp number data to achieve today when it comes to finding a name. I am aware that years ago (10 years ago) I wrote about the subject recommending exactly those points, but what can I say? Times change.
The initial creative process
There were four of us each time. Everyone umsertzung in der praxis contributed their ideas. Each person explained their name and what it meant. We crossed out the ones that didn’t fit anyone. At the beginning there were no rules. Everything was possible.
In parallel, we have been working on the content aero leads of the new non-agency. In this way, we have already had a more precise idea of what we are looking for and the values it represents. Above all, the use of symbols has helped us. We were looking for something that represents so much growth but that at the same time was based on strong roots.
What we have achieved so far
We are at a point where we are close to having a name. Now it is time to make a decision. We have said that we will wait 48 hours to see if we still like it, although honestly not everyone on the team is convinced yet.
- The name has a nice sound but is not obvious when spelling it.
- Depending on how you spell it, the .com is either available or not. My preferred spelling is no longer available so it will probably be the second best option for the primary domain.
- The name represents and tells a story. It is the story we want to tell. I am not a designer, but for these things it is not a bad thing, but a good thing. A designer would be too much of a perfectionist, moving objects a millimeter to the right and to the left, only to return to the initial position after an hour. This may sound like I don’t appreciate the work of these people, but it is quite the opposite.
I think I’ll be able to give you more details soon. I hope we have it by now.
